[NOTICE] MONSTA X Fan Letter and Support Guidelines (250428)
Hello, this is MONSTA X manager.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the fans who continue to show incredible support and love for MONSTA X.
In order to ensure the safety of both MONSTA X and the fans, and to foster a better fan culture, we would like to provide important information regarding the guidelines for broadcasting taping, schedule participation etiquette, and how to send letters and support.
[ Allowed Support Items ]
1. Fan letter (Only envelopes sized 105mm x 225mm (A4) will be accepted. Any other sizes will not be allowed.)
2. Coordinated Support for Official Schedules (Only food support will be accepted.)
3. During the album promotion period: Support is accepted for official schedules and company-hosted events, such as official concerts and fan meetings. (Support for external events will not be accepted.)
* Support cannot be sent to the company or practice room.

3. Other Official Schedules:
* Support may not be possible depending on the nature of the program, even if the schedule is publicly available.

[ Available Schedules / General Notice on Support ]
1. Allowed support : Supports for official schedules that have been coordinated in advance
2. Direct gifts or letters cannot be given to the members during official schedules. For fan letters, please forward them to MONSTA X STAFF.
3. Please be sure to include the name of the member you’d like the letter to be given to.
4. Broadcast Show Tapings: For music show schedules, you may only forward letters to the STAFF.
5. Fan Signing Events: You may forward letters to the STAFF; all other support items will not be accepted.

4. Support Recipient: MONSTA X (Please specify if it’s the group, an individual member, or the staff involved in the specific schedule)
5. Applicant’s Name/Contact Information: Include details for all participants, with a clear indication of the representative.
6. Support Provider’s Company Name/Contact Information: (Required)
7. Support Items: Food (Please provide a detailed menu) + Fan Letter
※ If any of the above fields are not completed correctly, support will not be provided without separate reply. Failure to comply with these guidelines may make it difficult to proceed with future support requests.
[ Precautions for Support Application ]
1. All support requests must be coordinated in advance via email with the staff for the specified date and time before proceeding.
2. Support requests should be submitted at least 3 days prior to the requested support date (requests can be submitted up to 3 weeks in advance).
If the support is related to an upcoming album and the date cannot be confirmed in advance, please wait until the current album's activities are completed before submitting your request
3. Support will not be provided if the request or application form is submitted on the same day as the support date (requests cannot be processed).
4. Only one support request will be accepted per scheduled date. However, if the schedule spans multiple hours, additional support can be arranged.
5. In the case of multiple requests for the same date, priority will be given to the fan who submits their application first.
If an application form is submitted incorrectly and causes a delay, but another group submits the correct form, priority will be given to the correct applicant. Please ensure that the form is completed accurately.
6. Regarding food support, since the members will directly consume the food, only support from the support provider will be accepted to ensure hygiene and prevent spoilage. (Items may be adjusted for these reasons.)
7. Support items must be clearly specified. Vague terms like "etc." or "others" will not be accepted. Only pre-approved items can be supported or given as gifts.
If items not previously agreed upon are delivered, future support or fan club activities may be restricted.
8. Items used to prepare the support (such as boxes, thermoses, and lunch containers) cannot be returned, so we kindly ask for your understanding.
9. If a support request is canceled more than three times, or if support is delivered through unauthorized channels not following the above procedures, future support from those same applicants will not be allowed under any circumstances. Please be cautious with this matter.
10. All of the above rules apply equally to overseas schedules.
[ Precautions for Etiquette ]
1. Company, dorm, hair/makeup shop, broadcasting station green room & parking lot, etc.
Please refrain from entering MONSTA X members' rest areas, broadcasting stations, or any unofficial schedules. You are also not allowed to give letters or gifts directly to the members.
Any violation of these rules will result in the termination of the fan club membership, and the fan will be excluded from all future MONSTA X album schedules and events.
2. Please avoid obstructing driveways, throwing letters or gifts into cars, or engaging in any actions that could create safety hazards for the members.
While your care and love for the members are appreciated, please prioritize safety and order for both MONBEBE and MONSTA X members.
3. When MONSTA X is at the airport for domestic or international schedules. giving letters and gifts is not allowed.
4. After delivering support items, please refrain from waiting in front of the office, dorm, or any other locations or attempting to deliver additional personal items.
5. Please refer to the [Precautions for Support Application] section above for information on the types of gifts that can be delivered, and also check the details provided in the fan signing event notice for any additional guidelines.
6. Please be aware that failure to comply with the above rules may result in penalties, which could affect your ability to participate in MONSTA X schedules and fan activities.
