Berriz supports multiple languages (i.e., 4 service languages and 18 translation language), and you must log in to change your language settings.
The default language is automatically set to match the language of your device.
Service Language (App Language)
- Berriz is currently available in Korean and English, Japanese, Chinese(Simplified). More languages will be supported soon, so stay tuned!
Translation Language
- Click ""Translate"" while using the community to view translated content.
- Artists' live stream chats will be automatically translated in your selected language.
How to Change Language Settings
- App: Log in > Settings > App Settings > App Language / Translation Language
- Mobile Web: Log in > Settings > Language Settings > Service Language / Translation Language
- PC: Log in > My (top right) > 언어 / Language > Service Language / Translation Language
When Changing Language Settings
- Language settings apply only to your current device. You will need to reconfigure your language preference when you log in on a new device.
- If the language doesn’t change after configuring the settings, restart the app.
My Cabinet is your personal digital locker on Berriz where you can collect and decorate digital items (stickers and objects) that represent your activities and purchase history with artists. It connects your fan activity and purchase data scattered across online and offline, creating a space that best tells the story between you and your favorite artist.
1. Some Shops may not support the cabinet feature, and the availability of Objects and their specific benefits may vary by product. For
detailed information regarding Object benefits, please check the respective product's details page.
2. Objects provided in My Cabinet are free digital items. They will be retrieved immediately upon order cancellation and may also be
retrieved in accordance with changes to our service policies.
3 .Objects are additional items provided free of charge, separate from the actual physical components of your ordered products.
Therefore, they cannot be used as a valid reason for product cancellation or refunds.
4. For certain random-draw products, you may be able to select the design of the Object you receive; and once selected, it cannot be
changed. Please note that the design of the Object you choose may differ from the actual physical product delivered, and such
difference cannot be a ground for cancellation or refunds.
5. The design, expiration/usage period, and other detailed specifications of the Objects are subject to change. They may be excluded from
distribution or retrieved in accordance with our policies.
6. Due to maximum limits on the number of digital items that can be used in My Cabinet, the Objects may not be granted in the exact
quantity as you ordered.
7. Upon deleting My Cabinet, Objects provided by the Community will be deleted as well, but Objects provided by the Shop can be used again when you recreate your Cabinet. Please note that if you close your account, all Objects will be deleted and cannot be restored.
My Cabinet can be found in the My tab at the bottom of the Berriz app,
and is created when you add a My Favorite or purchase a product that includes an object.
Add a My Favorite now and create your My Cabinet for your favorite artist!
(Note: Some communities or Shops may not support cabinets.)
You can share your cabinet via My Cabinet > More(:) > Copy Link, and the shared URL allows others to view it.
Depending on your privacy settings, users within the community can also see each other's cabinets through user profiles.
If you don't want others to see your cabinet,
go to My Cabinet > More(:) > Privacy Settings to switch it to private.
You can delete it via My Cabinet > More(:) > Delete.
However, this is only possible after leaving the community and unfavoriting the Shop.

What are stickers and objects?
Stickers are digital items that can be attached to the inside or outside of your cabinet.
They are broadly categorized into deco stickers and activity stickers, obtainable through the following ways:
① Deco Stickers : Automatically provided when a cabinet is created, with different special stickers prepared for each cabinet.
Check out the unique and vibrant deco stickers representing each artist in their respective cabinets.
② Activity Stickers : Can be obtained through activities within Berriz, such as community activities (joining, posting, commenting, liking) and Commerce favorites. Look forward to an ever-growing lineup of activity stickers, including event stickers!
Objects are digital items that can be placed inside your cabinet.
① Product Objects : Can be obtained when you purchase a product that includes an object bonus on Berriz Shop.
A temporary object is automatically placed at a random location immediately upon order completion.
② Polaroid : A special Berriz feature that lets you preserve special moments with artists in your cabinet.
Press the save button on an artist's image posted in the Berriz community and click Save to My Cabinet to create one.
Up to 5 polaroids can be saved. If the original image is edited or deleted, the polaroid may also disappear.
③ Fan Club Card : Can be obtained when you join or renew an artist's fan club on Berriz.
Each sticker and object can be freely arranged in edit mode — decorate your cabinet with your own personal touch!
The maximum number of digital items that can be used in your cabinet is 20 each for the outside and inside.
However, there is no limit to how many you can obtain, so collect as many as you like!
After purchasing a random product that includes an object, enter your cabinet and an object selection screen will appear.
Separate from the actual product being shipped, you can choose the object design you want directly.
Please note that once selected, changes cannot be made, so choose carefully.
Objects can only be obtained when you purchase a product that includes one.
You can check whether it has been issued through the order details page.
Note that depending on the product and time of purchase, you may not be eligible for an object,
and a maximum of 20 objects of the same product can be issued per order.
For any other issues, please submit them via 1:1 inquiry.
The object immediately after order completion is automatically placed in a temporary form with a Berriz tag attached.
After purchase confirmation, it automatically converts to the actual object image, and the acquisition date and time is recorded based on the purchase confirmation time.
If you do not manually confirm the purchase, it will be automatically processed as confirmed.
Objects are reclaimed in cases of order cancellation, returns, or refunds.
Stickers and objects with a separate expiration date may disappear after the usage period expires.
Also, if you delete your cabinet, stickers generated based on activity history will be permanently deleted, so please proceed carefully.
(However, stickers and objects related to purchases will be restored upon recreation.)

Forgot Your Password?
Click ""Forgot password?"" via the login screen to reset your password after verifying your email address.
When you change your password, you will be logged out from all devices where you are currently signed in.
1. Enter the email address registered with your account.
2. Check your contact information email for a verification code and enter it.
3. After verification, set a new password to reset your password.
If you signed up with an Social Media account
If you signed up with social media account and have not registered a Berriz password, you may see the message, ""Account does not match"" when trying to log in or reset your password.
Please log in using the social media account you signed up with, and if you have forgotten your password, use the password recovery feature provided by the respective social media platform.
Message: “Additional authentication is required to unlock your account”
This message appears when your account is suspended for security reasons. Please follow the provided steps to unlock your account.
The verification email to unlock your account will be sent to the email address registered with your Berriz account.
If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder or search for “Berriz” in your inbox to find the email.
Before uploading, please read the Service Guidelines carefully. Posts and comments that violate the guidelines or cause discomfort to others may be removed without prior notice.
Uploading Posts
- Posts can be up to 10,000 characters long, and include up to 10 images and 1 link.
- Images must be under 10 MB each.
- You may only add Berriz, YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram and Melon links.
- You cannot save your posts as drafts.
- You must check copyrights and sources before uploading.
Posting Comments
- Comments can be up to 300 characters long.
- Posting too many comments in a short period may be flagged as spam and your account may be temporarily restricted.
- Comments cannot be edited once posted. Please delete the comment and post it again, if needed.
- Comments made by artists are pinned at the top and displayed in the most recent order (up to 30).
Users whose profile image or nickname violates the service guidelines may be subject to a modification of their profile image or nickname without prior notice.
Repeated violations can result in community restrictions, so please update your profile in accordance with the service guidelines.
If you believe this is an inappropriate restriction, please submit a 1:1 inquiry and provide an explanation.
The availability of the Calendar feature may vary depending on each community’s settings.
Some communities may not provide the Calendar function.
Also, if you are not using the latest version of the Berriz app, certain features may be limited.
For a smooth live stream viewing experience, please access Berriz under the recommended conditions below.
We recommend a network speed of 20Mbps or higher for optimal streaming.
Viewing may be limited if your environment does not meet these recommendations.

Some fan club membership information can be modified.
Please ensure your mobile phone number is up to date, as it may be used for official fan club announcements or identity verification at offline events.
