This is the KiiiKiii fan club manager.

Please refer to the following information regarding how to send fan letters and apply for support.

[How to Send Fan Letters and Gifts]
*By Mail or Courier
- Visiting the company or handing items directly to the artists is not allowed. Please use postal or courier services only.
- All fan letters and gifts sent by fans will be safely delivered to the members. (Please do not request confirmation of receipt via email.)
- When sending fan letters or gifts, please clearly indicate the group name and the member’s name. (e.g., KiiiKiii Jiyu)
- We do not accept packages with unpaid shipping fees or EMS items that incur customs charges. These will be returned to the sender.
- Gifts left at the company without permission will be discarded.

* Delivery at Public Broadcast Sites
- During public broadcasts, items can only be delivered through the KiiiKiii fan club manager. (Direct delivery to members during arrival or departure is not allowed.)
- At public broadcast sites, only letters are allowed—gifts cannot be delivered.

If you wish to provide support, please apply in advance via email using the format below. Support can only proceed after coordination with the manager.

※ Important Notes
- Only support that has been pre-coordinated with the manager will be accepted.
Support that has not been approved in advance will not be accepted under any circumstances, and we are not responsible for any resulting disadvantages.
- You may apply to provide support for birthdays, debut anniversaries, or officially announced schedules (availability will be confirmed after coordination with the event organizer).
Support is not permitted for private or unannounced schedules.
- Items not listed in the application form cannot be delivered.
- If there are multiple support requests for the same schedule, priority will be given to the team that applied first.
- For food support, only one team will be allowed per schedule.
- Please be cautious with perishable food items and use disposable containers, as we are unable to return any containers.
- To prevent allergic reactions, please consult with us in advance regarding the food contents.
- Even if the artist is not directly involved, any support activities carried out in the artist’s name (e.g., volunteer work, donations, advertisements) must be discussed and shared with us in advance.

Additionally, under no circumstances is it permitted to visit private locations such as the company, dormitory, practice rooms, or makeup and hair salons. If such visits are discovered, a warning will be issued, and we are not responsible for any consequences that may arise.
