Hello, this is CRAVITY Fan Club STAFF.
We would like to inform you of the CRAVITY fan signing event participation guide.
For LUVITY who want to participate in the fan signing event, please check the following information to avoid any disadvantages when participating.
[Fan Signing Event Application Notice]
- Although you can apply to the event via proxy application or a third party, only the person who wins the event may attend.
If caught participating using another person’s information, you may receive disadvantages in future fan signing events.
- Transferring the fan signing event ticket is prohibited. If you are not the winner or your information is different from the application, you will be restricted from receiving the ticket and entering the event.
- For more information on the fan signing event, please contact the event host.
[Fan Signing Event Participation Notice]
01) During your turn for the event
- While receiving autographs, taking photos, videos, or audio recordings is strictly prohibited.
Please make sure to leave all your personal belongings such as a camera, mobile phone, electronic devices, Bluetooth earphones, and wired earphones in your seat when you come out to receive your autograph so that there aren’t any misunderstandings.
Please note that electronic devices (including toy cameras that can be used to take photos or any functioning electronics) cannot be brought with you for any reason. If taking photos, videos, or audio recordings is detected, the memory cards and recording files will be deleted immediately by the on-site staff.
- Please make sure to bring the album you’d like to get the autographs on. You can only use the album once to receive one autograph from each member, and additional autographs are not allowed.
You cannot receive autographs anywhere other than the purchased album. (e.g. Photo cards, posters, dolls, phone cases, and other personal belongings, etc.)
Please note that the items will be collected by the staff and will not be returned if caught using any other items than the album.
- Only the questions of those who will receive [TO.] and [Post-it Q&A] can be attached to the album page. Others will not be allowed. (Please forward letters or messages directly to the members.)
- Please mark each member’s pages where you’d like to get the autographs.
- Doodling on members’ bodies and asking inappropriate requests or demands are prohibited.
- Drawing graffiti on the members’ bodies and asking excessive requests or demands are not (Requests such as “Please draw a picture for me,” “Please write a P.S. message,” etc.)
- In the case of props that members need to wear by themselves, such as headbands or hats, please forward them to the staff so that staff can deliver them to the members.
- Please note that participants who act excessively or speak inappropriately toward the artist may be restricted and asked to leave the venue at the discretion of the staff in charge.
- Please note that excessive physical contact such as directly writing on the artist's skin, putting on stickers, and pinching is not permitted.
- Please note that you cannot ask the artist to take a photo when it’s your turn to get the autograph.
02) [TO.] and [Post-it Q&A] details
- Please note that only Korean and English are allowed for [TO.].
- Only one [Post-it Q&A] question is allowed per member.
- Only questions of multiple-choice, O/X, and vs can be asked and up to 9 answer choices are allowed.
- Personal questions between you and the member, personal questions about the members, and questions related to rumors or false information are all prohibited.
- The on-site staff will check the content of the [Post-it Q&A] before you receive the autograph. If the question is deemed inappropriate, please note that the staff may ask for revision or removal of the post-it note.
03) Moving seats, manners and fan etiquette
- Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the start of the signing event and take a seat according to your number ticket.
- To maintain order in the signing venue, exiting is restricted from 30 minutes before the end time.
- You can take videos and photos only at your own seat, and after the signing event begins, you cannot move to any seat other than your own. Please note that if you cause a disturbance or do not follow the instructions of the staff, we will immediately restrict photography/videography.
- You will be asked to leave the venue if caught live streaming the fan signing event.
- When participating in the fan signing event, please make sure to participate in the order that matches your number ticket.
If you change your number ticket, do not line up according to your order, or do not follow the guidance of the on-site staff, we will regard your action as refusing to receive the autographs and your opportunity will be lost. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not lining up in the order of your number ticket. Please be sure to follow the guidance of the on-site staff.
04) Gift and fan support details
- Only letters or message books can be delivered at the fan signing event.
- All items other than letters or message books will be returned after the fan signing event ends. Please note that items that are not retrieved may be disposed of.
- You may pick up the props when exiting the venue after the fan signing event ends. However, we are not responsible for any lost props.
- Snacks are also not permitted to be used as props.
※ We ask for your understanding in advance that there may be members who cannot attend due to unavoidable circumstances or schedules.
※ The fan signing event may be changed or canceled on the day of the event
※ This notice may be revised in the future, and please be aware not to receive any disadvantages by not reading the notice.

CRAVITY ファンサイン会参加関連案内のお知らせです。
ファンサイン会への参加をご希望のLUVITYの皆様は、以下の内容をご確認いただき、
参加時に不利益がないように案内した事項を守ってください。
[ファンサイン応募案内事項]
- ファンサイン会は、重複または代理購入による応募が可能ですが、必ず当選された本人のみ参加できます。
他人の情報による参加が確認された場合、今後のファンサイン会当選に参加できない場合 がありますので、ご注意ください。
- サイン会のチケットは譲渡することができず、当選した本人でない場合や本人と応募券に記入した情報が異なる場合、参加が制限されることがあります。
- サイン会に関するお問い合わせは、各販売店にお願いいたします。
[ファンサイン会参加案内事項]
01) サインをもらう時
- サインをもらう時は、撮影及び録音は絶対にご遠慮ください
サインをもらうに前に行く時は誤解がないよう撮影中のカメラ、携帯電話などの電子機器、Bluetooth イヤホン、有線イヤホンなど録音や通話の可能性のある全ての所持品は、席に置いてご移動ください。
サインをもらう際には、いかなる理由であれ電子機器（撮影が可能なトイカメラ及び記録機能付きの電子機器含む）の持参は不可能で、録音·写真撮影が発見された場合はスタッフにより内容確認・削除されますので、予めご了承ください。
- サイン記入用のアルバムを持参してください。 メンバー1人につき、アルバム内に１回のみサインをもらうことができ、追加サインはできません。
ご購入いただいたアルバム以外にはサインの記入はできません。 (フォトカード、ポスター、人形、携帯ケースなど)
発見された場合、該当する物品はスタッフによって回収され、二度と返却できませんのでご了承ください。
- アルバムページ内には[TO.]と[ポストイット Q&A]を受ける方の質問のみ貼付でき、その他はできません。(手紙やメッセージなどはメンバーに直接お伝えください。)
- 各メンバー別にサインを受けるページを開けるように予め準備してください。
- メンバーの身体に落書きはできません。サインをもらう時は無理なお願い及び要求はできません。(絵を描いてください。PSを書いてください。 など)
- ヘアバンド、帽子などメンバーが直接着用する小物の場合、スタッフを通じてメンバーにお渡しします。必ずスタッフにお渡しください。
-アーティストに対する行き過ぎた行動や不適切な言動が続く場合、担当者の判断により、スタッフによる注意・警告及び退場処分になる場合がありますので、ご注意下さい。
-アーティストの肌に直接落書きをしたり、ステッカー貼り付け行為、傷つける行為など、過度な接触は厳禁となりますのでご注意ください。
- サインを受け取る際の撮影リクエストはお受け致しかねますのでご了承下さい。
02) [TO.] 及び [ポストイット Q&A]関連
- [TO.]はハングル、英語のみ可能ですのでご了承ください。
- [ポストイットQ&A] 質問はメンバー当たり一つの 質問のみ可能です。
- [ポストイットQ&A]質問は選択肢、OX、vs形式の質問のみ可能で、選択肢は最大9問までとなりますのでご注意ください。
- 本人とメンバーの間の私的な質問、メンバーに関する私的な質問、デマまたは虚偽の事実に関する質問などは全て禁止いたします。
- ポストイットに関しては、サインを受ける前に現場のスタッフが内容を確認し、不適切な内容の質問がある場合、現場でポストイットの回収またはスタッフからの質問の修正を要請する場合がありますので、ご注意ください。
03) 席の移動、秩序、エチケット関連
- サイン会が始まる30分前までには会場に到着し、ご本人の番号に合わせて席にご着席ください。
- サイン会場内の秩序維持のため、終了時間30分前からは退場を制限します。
- 動画および写真撮影は、ご本人の席でのみ可能で、サイン会が始まってからは、ご本人の席を除き、他の席への移動はご遠慮ください。 秩序を守らない等、スタッフの指示に従わない場合、直ちに撮影を禁止する場合がございますのでご注意ください。
- サイン会現場でSNSライブ放送中継が発見された場合、退場処分となります。
- サイン会にご参加の際は、参加者ご自身の番号に合った順番でご参加ください。
番号札を交換したり、現場スタッフの指示にも関わらず、順番に並ばなかったり、指示に応じなかったりする等、ルール違反が見受けられた際には、現場でサインをもらうことができなくなります。参加ご本人の番号札や順番に関するルールに従わなかったため発生した不利益については一切責任を負いかねますので、現場スタッフの指示に必ず従ってください。
04) プレゼント·サポート関連
- ファンサイン会では、手紙またはメッセージブックのみお渡しできます。
- 手紙またはメッセージブック以外の全ての物品は当該ファンサイン会終了後に全てお返しします。なお、回収されていない物品は廃棄処理される場合がありますので、ご注意ください。
- 小物類は、ファンサイン会終了後、退出時にお持ち帰りいただけます。ただし、紛失の場合の責任は負いかねますので予めご了承下さい。
- 菓子等食品類の場合、小物としても使用することはできません。
※ やむを得ない事情またはスケジュールにより、参加できないメンバーが発生することがありますので予めご了承ください。
※ サイン会当日ファンサイン会がキャンセル・変更になる場合がございます。
※ 本ご案内は今後予告なく追加または修正される場合がありますので、必ず事前にご確認ください。案内事項確認漏れにより、発生した不利益については一切責任を負いかねますので予めご了承ください。

这是有关于CRAVITY粉丝签名会的相关公告，
希望参与粉丝签名会的LUVITY们请确认以下内容，也请遵守公告上的事项以免在参加时发生不利粉丝们的情况。
[粉丝签名会应征相关事项]
粉丝签名会可以透过重复及代理购买来应征，不过一定是要抽中的本人才能参与。
若被确认是用他人的资料参与，会在之后粉丝签名会抽签时会有不利情况发生，所以敬请留意。
- 签名会的票不可转让，若不是抽中的本人，本人和应征劵上输入的资料不一的情情形，会有限制参与的情况。
- 有关签名会相关的事宜，请透过销售卖场查询。
[参与粉丝签名会会的相关事项]
01) 拿签名时
- 拿签名时绝不可录音及拍摄。
- 在出来拿签名时为了不被误会，请把拍摄中的摄像机、手机等电子产品及蓝牙耳机，一般耳机等有可能录音/通话的携带品全部放在位子上再出来。
- 在拿签名时不可以任何理由来携带电子产品(包括可拍摄的玩具相机以及可使用的电子机器)，若被发现时工作人员会有确认及删除的处理，所以请敬请留意。
- 在拿签名时请携带该专辑，每个团员只能在专辑内签一次名，不可追加签名。
- 除了在购买的专辑外不可在其他地方要求签名。（照片卡、海报、娃娃、手机壳等等的个人物品）
被举发时，会被工作人员没收该物品，不可再要回来，敬请谅解。
- 专辑内只能贴[TO.] 和要问[便利贴 Q&A]的人的问题，不可有其他的东西。（不可直接给予团员信件或是留言）
- 希望把要让各团员签名的页数上提前标示准备。
- 不可在团员身上涂鸦，在签名时不可要求无理的请求（请给我画个画、多写ps等等）。
- 若是有头绳、帽子等等是要团员直接带上的饰品的情况，请交给工作人员的话会帮忙转交给团员。
- 在负责人的判断下,如果对艺人持续过分的行为或不当的言行,可能会受到工作人员的制裁和退场措施,请注意这一点。
- 请注意不能与艺术家皮肤直接接触的涂鸦或贴贴纸及掐等过度身体接触。
- 在签名时不可要求拍摄，敬请确认.
02) 有关 [TO.] 及 [便利贴 Q&A]
- [TO.]只能用韩文及英文，敬请参考。
- [便利贴 Q&A]问题，每个团员只能问一个问题。
- [便利贴 Q&A]的问题只能以客观性、 O/X形式的问题来提问，选择性最多只能到9个，敬请留意。
- 本人和团员间私人的问题、有关团员私人的问题、流言或是有关虚假事实的问题等等皆不可问。
- 有关便利贴，在签名之前现场的工作人员会事先检查内容，若是有内容不适当的问题，
也许会在现场没收或是工作人员会要求修正问题的情况，请再次确认。
03) 有关移动位置及秩序，礼仪
- 希望在签名会开始的30分钟前到达会场，按照本人的号码正确入座。
- 为了维持签名会内的秩序，结束的30分钟前会开始限制退场。
- 影像及拍照只能在本人的位置上拍摄，签名会开始后除了本人位置外不可移动至其他位置。若不遵守秩序或是不应工作人员的指示，会被立即限制拍摄，敬请留意。
- 若在签名会现场上在SNS直播被发现检举时，会被退场处理。
- 参与签名会时，请在本人的号码顺序时参与。
若换了号码的情况，就算在在现场工作人员的的指示下没有按照顺序排队或是不按照指示，会当做是拒绝签名的意思，不可在现场拿签名。不会对没有在本人号码顺序时排队所发生的所有不利情况负责，所以请按照现场工作人员的指示行动。
04) 有关礼物及应援
- 粉丝签名会只能转达信件或是留言本。
- 除了信件或是留言本之外的所有物品会在签名会结束后全数还回，没有被回收的物品有可能会被废弃，敬请留意。
- 随身物品在签名会结束退场时可以找回，但丢失时不予负责。
- 禁止携带零食类为道具 。
※ 有可能会有因不得已的情况或因通告而发生不能参与的团员，敬请见谅
※ 当日的签名会有可能取消及变动。
※ 本公告在之后可能会追加修正，希望不会因没有熟知公告而发生不利的情况，敬请留意。
