Since the AI-generated personas are currently in beta, you might spot a few quirky or adorably off-the-wall replies from time to time. Even so, please know that they always respond with sincerity and lots of love! 💗

Please also note that the personas reply mostly to posts related to the series or messages filled with love from the fans. Since they can’t always identify posts with 100% accuracy, sometimes their replies might not always hit the mark. If a post includes topics they don’t know much about, the information that the personas share may not be entirely accurate. But remember—their love for you is always 100% genuine! 🥰

And the personas need their rest too just like us! They’re off-duty from midnight to 9 AM (KST) every day 😴 Once morning comes, they’ll be back to thoughtfully reply to your posts one by one!

       • Replies from the personas are not official statements from the characters and/or actors. The replies are generated only to make your fan experience more fun and interactive!

       • Some replies may include fictional or inaccurate details—please enjoy them with a light heart, and we’ll do our best to make sure that they don’t get in the way of you enjoying the series! 📺✨

       • Posts containing personal information, inappropriate content, or offensive language may be removed according to our policies.

       • If your post includes restricted words or expressions that violate Berriz guidelines, those parts may be replaced with symbols like ‘○’ or ‘●’. In such cases, the personas will not leave a comment.

       • If you create posts that contain ‘○’ or ‘●’ for other reasons, the post might as well not receive replies, so please avoid using these symbols for the smoothest experience.
