We prepared small GIFTs for visiting UAENA members, so please refer to the following for more details including the venue and time.

- Details : 300 drinks(1 cup per 1 person) and 500 special gifts(1 set per 1 person) will be available for free daily in limited quantities, on a first-come, first-served basis.

① Visit one of the IU HBD CAFE during the event period.

② Check the waiting system and pre-register.

③ Enter within 10 minutes after you receive the entry notification.

- You must arrive within 10 minutes after you receive the entry notification. Your waiting will be automatically canceled if you fail to arrive.

④ Verify your 8th membership in the Berriz application, present your 8th digital membership card and receive your drink and special gift.

 

- Drinks and special gifts will be given to those who have completed 8th verification in the Berriz application and presented their UAENA 8th digital membership card only.

- Even if you haven’t registered for IU’s official fanclub 8th, you can enter the venue if you verify your membership in the ‘Berriz IU community’. However, please note that you will not be eligible to receive drinks and special gifts.

- Additional purchases other than the drinks and the special gifts provided by the agency cannot be made at the listed cafes during the event period.

- As for the 8th digital membership card, you must open the application and present your digital membership card within it since screenshots will not be accepted.

- For pre-waiting registration, you can only use 1 phone number per 1 person per 1 day in all participating venues. Multiple registrations with 1 phone number or using multiple phone numbers for one person will not be allowed. However, if your waiting has been canceled, you can re-register using the same phone number.

- Pre-waiting registration will start 1 hour and 30 minutes before each cafe’s opening time. Any voluntary queues formed before the pre-registration will not be recognized as waiting, and the host/organizers will not hold responsibility for any issue that may occur from it.

- Drinks and special gifts may run out early since there are limited daily quantities. The numbers of available drinks and special gifts aren’t equal and you can still receive the special gift even if the drinks are sold out. (Please refer to the announcement in the Daum fan cafe and Berriz IU community for updates on early sold-out status.)

- Please check the special gift immediately after you receive it on site for any missing or damaged items, and note that we cannot reissue the missing or damaged special gifts once you receive them.

- The special gifts for this event are not for sale, so please do not receive them for resale purposes such as personal transactions. The host/organizers will not hold legal responsibility for any issue occurring from it.

- Please refrain from staying for a long time so many fans can visit and enjoy the cafe. Also, please note that we cannot guide you on the seating availability due to limited space in the venue.

- Letters, gifts etc. cannot be accepted at the birthday cafe, so please refer to the fan letter and support registration announcement if you wish to send any.

③ 收到入场通知后，请务必在10分钟内到达现场

④ 在Berriz APP完成8期认证并出示数字会员卡，即可领取饮品及特典

 

- 饮品与特典仅限在Berriz APP完成8期认证并在出示数字会员卡者领取。

- 即使未加入官方粉丝俱乐部8期的，只要完成“Berriz IU 社区”注册认证亦可入场，但无法领取饮品与特典，敬请谅解。

- 活动期间，咖啡厅仅提供主办方准备的饮品与特典，不提供别的商品。

- 请务必在打开APP之后出示8期数字会员卡页面，禁止使用截图进行认证。

- 每位参与者每日仅限使用1个手机号码进行预约登记，不可使用1个手机号码代替他人进行多个预约登记，一位参与者亦不可使用多个手机号码进行预约登记，但是，预约被取消后可重新登记。

- 各咖啡厅将在开始营业1小时30分前开始受理预约登记，在此之前排的队均属无效，由此产生的问题主办方概不负责。

- 饮品与特典数量每日有限，可能会供不应求。但是，饮品与特典数量不同，即使饮品没了，特典也有可能还可领取。（关于饮品与特典数量不够的问题，请关注官咖与Berriz IU社区公告）

- 请在现场确认特典是否完整，若有缺失或瑕疵应在当场提出，离开现场后，我方不会予以补发。
